Personal Style and Approach

With over 25 years of experience, I have developed a greater compassion for people and the ability to better understand a variety of people. I am non-judgmental and have a total acceptance of you as you are now, while working together on how you want to become a better you. I have developed myself as a good listening tool and developed the ability to understand your unique personal situation and problems. We will work together to understand the underlying issues in your situation. I will help you to work through your feelings to enable you to better understand yourself and to better express yourself in relationships and in general. I will keep your personal interests and goals in mind. I will help you see your situation more clearly so that you can make better decisions and choices in your situation. Counseling or psychotherapy is to help you identify and understand your issues so that you are more able to make the competent decisions you want. It is also to strengthen existing relationships, overcome blocks in the relationship(s), and communicate more effectively. I will help you address your needs with total confidentiality.

Personally, I live in the Brighton area. I am married with seven adult children between us. Four of them are married; and we have 11 grandchildren.
